    14 The 2009 International Conference on Theorem Proving in Higher Order

    15 Logics will be the 22nd in a series that dates back to 1988. The

    16 conference will be held in Munich, Germany on 17-20 August 2009.

    18 Traditionally, TPHOLs has an "Emerging Trends Section" (Category B-Paper)

    19 for informal progress reports. Submissions under category B will not be

    20 formally refereed, but their content and relevance will be reviewed.

    21 Submissions accepted in this category will be published in a technical

    22 report of the TU Munich, which will be available at the conference.

    23 Authors of accepted Category B papers are expected to present a brief

    24 outline of their work at the conference and to prepare a poster for

    25 display at the conference venue.

    27 The DEADLINE for submissions in emerging trends is: 22 May 2008

    28 

    29 Papers should be no more than 10 pages in length and should be written

    30 using LaTeX and the LNCS style file. Submissions should be sent electronically 

    31 directly to the organizers using the email address "tphols09@easychair.org".
